Tuska Ridge development is in Seminole county Florida. It sits on just over 12 acres of former pasture land. The development was begun in 1989 and was built out by 1997. Comprising over 300 one and two story single family homes, several housing developers were involved, to include Ryland, Arthur Rutenberg, Pulte, US Homes, MI Homes, Picerne Homes, Centex, and Davie. Many of the residents are original homeowners. Most homes are on 1/6 to 1/4 acre plots. There is no community center or community pool.

The development is convenient to shopping and provides nearby access to SR 417/ Central Florida Greenway. Tuska Ridge is governed by an elected Board of Directors representing all homeowners who automatically become members of the Homeowners Association. There is a homeowners association fee collected quarterly. Although Tuska Ridge is in unincorporated Seminole county, carries an Oviedo mailing address.
